At Evarasplit, we offer authentic samples of the most famous international perfumes in small sizes (3 ml, 5 ml, 10 ml), and we strive to ensure customer satisfaction and protect their rights. Below is the approved return and exchange policy: First: Product Nature All samples are re-filled from original perfumes into small dedicated bottles. These products are considered personal consumables and cannot be resold after opening or leaving the store. Second: Return Policy Returns are not allowed after shipping or receiving the samples, for any of the following reasons: Dislike of the scent. Change of mind after purchase. Personal expectations differ from the scent. Error in selecting the perfume name or size by the customer. Returns are only accepted if: The product is clearly damaged (broken or spilled). A completely different product was sent (another perfume or different size). Notification must be made within 48 hours of receipt, with clear photos + order number. Third: Shipping Policy • Lost or delayed orders: If the shipment does not arrive on time or is lost during shipping due to a shipping company error, the product can be resent free of charge or the full amount refunded. • Customer data errors: The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the entered data (address, phone number, recipient's name). If the shipment does not arrive due to incorrect data, reshipping can be done at a new cost or the product can be returned after deducting the original shipping fees. • No response to the company: If the customer does not respond to contact attempts to confirm data or delivery within 3 working days, the shipment is considered undeliverable, and the product can be returned to the warehouse, with the customer bearing any additional shipping charges. Fourth: Exchange Policy Exchanges are only made if there is a store error in: Type of perfume. Sample size. Improper packaging leading to product damage during shipping. If the error is confirmed, we bear the full cost of shipping to send the correct product. Fifth: Important Notes Please ensure to select the correct perfume name and desired size before completing the order. No complaints are accepted after 48 hours of receiving the order. All perfumes are 100% authentic and carefully packed in dedicated and clean bottles.
